• cf530d3: posthogmcpsdk anchors conversations like the Python and TypeScript SDKs: tools get an optional conversation_id argument, a call with neither a transport session nor a valid handle gets a new UUIDv7 handle in its result, and an echoed handle sets $mcp_conversation_id and the $session_id derived from it, so a stateless HTTP client's calls share one session. Turn it off with WithConversationID(false).
• 0f4d122: posthogmcpsdk captures the calling model as $mcp_llm_model, from the client's request _meta or an injected llm_model argument, and the HTTP User-Agent and X-Anthropic-Client headers as $mcp_client_user_agent and $mcp_vendor_client. Turn model capture off with WithCaptureModel(false).
• fbf6733: posthogmcp.CaptureToolCall follows two rules of the mcp-analytics spec that it skipped. A call with neither a SessionID nor a valid ConversationID now gets a new ses_<UUIDv7> as $session_id, and distinct_id falls back to it instead of "anonymous" (events stay personless without an explicit DistinctID). An Intent of {}, which a client sends for an empty context, is no intent and is omitted.
• fbf6733: Add Capture.Library and Exception.Library. When set, the value replaces posthog-go as that event's $lib, while $lib_version stays the posthog-go version and every other event keeps posthog-go. posthogmcp uses it, so MCP analytics events now report $lib posthog-go-mcp. Capture v1 mode still reports posthog-go, because the server reads $lib from the per-request PostHog-Sdk-Info header there.

• a294b7a: Quote semver values in local-evaluation error messages with Go string quoting, so a value containing a quote cannot break the message.

• af8cf35: Add the posthogmcpsdk module: one-line MCP analytics for servers built on the official Go MCP SDK (github.com/modelcontextprotocol/go-sdk). It captures every tools/call as $mcp_tool_call, with intent from an injected context argument, like the Python and TypeScript SDKs.
• 007ae90: posthogmcp.ToolCall gains ConversationID, LLMModel, LLMModelSource, ClientUserAgent and VendorClient. The new fields match the events posthog-python captures; ConversationID goes beyond its manual capture_tool_call API, which has no such argument. ConversationID is kept only when it is a UUIDv7, lowercased, and it derives $session_id, which takes precedence over SessionID. ClientUserAgent and VendorClient have credentials redacted. The $exception event now carries $exception_level, which custom properties cannot override, and its exception type is always the Go type of Error, while $mcp_error_type is the explicit ErrorType, else that type (such as fs.PathError), else Error. Typed responses with large images keep their text blocks.
